Shipping policy

To make shopping here easy and enjoyable, we offer free economy U.S. shipping and insurance on every item from Ormond Beach, Florida. We will take care of the insurance claim if the item arrives broken or is lost. What we will need from you are pictures emailed to us of the broken items, shipping box , and the shipping label.

We do not accept returns, but will work with you if you are truly unhappy with the item you received, or feel we misrepresented the item in any way.
