 To make shopping here easy and enjoyable, we offer free economy U.S. shipping and insurance on every item from Ormond Beach, Florida. We will take care of the insurance claim if the item arrives broken or is lost.

If your item arrives broken we will need pictures of the box, the broken item and a picture of the shipping label. They can be emailed to us so we can issue you a refund.

We do not accept returns, but will work with you if you are truly unhappy with the item you received, or feel we misrepresented the item in any way.
