In the tradition of antique redware pottery, the surface is sponged in black and yellow and has the word \"Welcome\" exuberantly handwritten in yellow and underlined a yellow flourish. The coggled edges are a traditional finishing touch. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\" data-rte-preserve-empty=\"true\"\u003eThere is little information about Gris Pottery, which was undoubtedly overshadowed by the famous Haeger Pottery, also located in Dundee. We know that Gris was located there due only to the small clear label on the some of the few pieces available for sale.
