This beautiful porcelain vase was hand made and hand painted with shamrocks by the Belleek Pottery Works in northern Ireland. It's named the "Island Vase;" it was first produced in 1920 and discontinued in the mid- 1990's. It measures 8 inches tall, has a 3 1/2 inch diameter base and weighs 13 ounces. It is near mint, with no wear that we could find. It bears the 6th green mark, printed on the underside of the vase, which dates it from 1965 to March 31, 1980. It can hold a bloom or two and makes a lovely display on its own.
